Product Description

LTK Insulation Jackets are low cost, high value, quality made condensation control, proudly made in the U.S.A. Condensation control with a one piece, removable, reusable insulation jacket, constructed with 1 ½”, ¾ # density fiberglass insulation sandwiched between spunbond PP/IIdpe medical grade perm rated fabric. Seams sewn double stitched with d-20 polyester thread. End seals maintained by ½” elastic cord gather sewn. Units are easy to install and remove with ¾” Velcro™ closures. Standard-white/custom sizes available.

Examples of Product in Use

This is a typical fan coil or chilled beam balance valve assembly with circuit setter. The application is a 2-way. The metal of the current setter is at 3.5 OD. The space between the ends of the insulation is 8”. Using the LTK fitment chart the correct part is a small, 8”, 2-way.

This is a typical 3-way mixing valve. The application is a 3-way the metal of the valve is at 4.0 OD. The insulation on either side is 1 x 1 ½” 4.5 OD. The space between the ends of the insulation is 8”. Using the LTK fitment chart the correct part is a medium, 8”, 3-way.

Cabinet for coil balance valve ¾” copper current metal 2” OD. The insulation on either side is 7/8” x ½” 2” OD. The space between the insulation and the drip pan is 7”. Using the LTK fitment chart the correct part is xs, 8″, 2-way.
